Bobby Mitchell’s catering experience began at barbeques and picnics with the delicious home-cooked fare of his mother’s restaurant, Ma’s Kettle. Today, Putting on the Ritz specializes in a variety of cuisines and service styles.  Our chefs have studied and practiced their craft all over the world, and incorporate their passion for food in every meal they prepare. In addition to our experienced chefs and our professional staff, an    event manager and decorator are assigned to each event.
