Dreams of an outdoor, waterfront wedding come alive amidst the beauty of Swan Harbor Farm. Set against the serenity of Maryland’s Chesapeake Bay, its idyllic setting makes Swan Harbor Farm a sought after venue for not only outdoor weddings and receptions, but also for corporate meetings, office parties and retreats, social events, school functions, holiday gatherings and more.

Located in historic Havre de Grace, Maryland Swan harbor Farm boasts 531 acres and a long and proud history dating back to the 1700’s. Now widely recognized as an ideal site for waterfront weddings and receptions, the Farm is host to over 100 outdoor events each year. The charming farmhouse, landscaped gardens, tented area, and gazebo overlooking the Bay set the stage for an event like no other.

The charming, restored 1740’s farmhouse has an indoor capacity of 125 and a seating capacity for 70 throughout the first floor. The house is tastefully appointed with period pieces but also has modern conveniences like central air conditioning and a large commercial kitchen. Two large porches provide for stunning water views.

For larger groups, there is a beautiful tent with brick flooring, chandelier lighting and electrical outlets that will accommodate up to 250 guests. Tent sides may be attached in the case of inclement weather.

The grounds boast spectacular views of the Chesapeake Bay and photo opportunities abound in the landscaped gardens, lawns and wildflower fields.

The venue also has a fully accessible observation deck, gazebo, 300’ fishing pier and a charming patio ideal for cocktail hours or bridal party gatherings.
