We are starting out 2015 with new looks and foods. We wanted you to have a first look at some of our new menu items.
This very stylish buffet features an array of foods that could keep even the most discriminating crowd coming back for more. We started out with a focaccia bread basket and rosemary dipping oil, followed by a mixed green salad with fresh pears, gorgonzola cheese, bacon and spiced pecans drizzled with a mustard vinaigrette dressing.
We also featured wood-grilled vegetables with marinated portobello mushrooms and herb roasted potatoes.
For your vegetarian guests we have a fusilli pasta tossed with cherry tomatoes, asparagus, shiitake mushrooms and white wine herb sauce.
For our seafood lovers we have grilled spiced salmon served with a ginger citrus sauce on the side.
Lastly we have a cilantro roasted chicken breast that is sure to be a crowd pleaser!
